Job summary

Booth & Partners seeks a Travel Operations Coordinator to support luxury clients before, during, and after travel. You will book all services as sold, verify supplier confirmations against contracts, and prepare final travel documents.

You will QA confirmed bookings, contact transportation and guides, and close files with up-to-date records. The role requires knowledge of US, Caribbean, and Canada destinations, strong writing skills, Excel and basic math, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • Experience planning travel itineraries and handling bookings.
  • Ability to verify supplier confirmations against contracts.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Proficient with Excel and basic math.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all services are booked as sold.
  • Review costings as sold, compare with contracts, verify confirmations.
  • Prepare final timings and travel documents.
  • Support QA/QC of confirmed bookings.
  • Assist in closing files by requesting bills and updating records.
  • Book and arrange reservations for excursion itineraries with hotels and suppliers.
