Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Human Services seeks a LTSS Data Foundations Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team of data experts, guiding research, evaluation, and performance activities across ADSA. You will set standards for data governance, analytics, and reporting, coordinating with MNIT and system owners to deliver impactful data products.

Applicants should have proven leadership in data and analytics, experience in data warehouse environments, and a track record of producing BI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervision or team lead roles.
• 4+ years of professional data/analytics experience in long‑term services and supports.
• Experience building data infrastructure in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience delivering BI products and reports to support operations and decision‑making.
• Experience with assessment data, data quality, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Direct a multidisciplinary LTSS content team of data professionals.
• Define business needs, data standards, quality expectations, and analytic requirements.
• Partner with MNIT and data warehouse staff on technical implementation and governance.
