Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 2–3 years related experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services preferred
• Prior experience selling Long Term Care and Linked Benefit products preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate proactive sales and marketing activities and provide consultative support for planning needs
• Manage sales results based on client recommendations through case design and sales concepts
• Manage accounts for a specified group of Regional Vice Presidents
• Build and nurture agent relationships around Long Term Care Planning
• Present to end consumers and guide them to act on your recommendation
• Generate sales by educating and training advisors in your territory
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, rate changes, state approvals, and industry developments
• Understand core underwriting requirements and respond to inquiries from colleagues and clients
• Assist with distribution of marketing materials and policy forms
• Provide App Ease service including scheduling, executing, and delivering clean applications
• Stay up-to-date with company processes, policies, and proprietary software
