Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Environmental Project Manager with an active LSRP license to lead NJ-based investigation and remediation efforts. This role offers remote flexibility, strong benefits, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include client liaison, NJDEP coordination, budget and schedule oversight, report review, and proposal development. Requires 10+ years in environmental consulting, LSRP, and NJDEP regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 5+ years managing New Jersey environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Active Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) license.
• Strong knowledge of NJDEP regulations and environmental remediation standards.
• Proven project management, client relationship, and technical writing skills.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current refreshers.
• Fully remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental investigation, assessment, and remediation projects per NJDEP rules.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with NJDEP.
• Oversee remediation activities, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Review technical reports, regulatory submissions, and remediation strategies.
• Issue RAOs as appropriate.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
