Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Clinical QA Analyst to join a nationwide remote team supporting a Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program. The role focuses on quality audits, data analysis, and improving compliance for nurse assessments and service authorizations.
You will work with nurses, social workers, and quality professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality assessments, contributing to regulatory and contractual compliance while enjoying a fully remote, weekday schedule and strong team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality and Risk Management in a clinical setting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Collect data related to assessments and outcomes.
- Complete quality audits using QA tools.
- Review QA data for trends and scores.
- Analyze scores relative to clinical assessor determinations.
- Develop reports tracking activities and outcomes.
- May provide QA training to staff.
