Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our all-remote telehealth team. This full-time role offers a base pay of $74,000–$81,000 with potential earnings up to $100,000, plus annual growth and education stipends. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; shifts 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EDT.

Bilingual Spanish speakers receive additional compensation. Requirements include a Master's degree and licensure, with unrestricted work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• HIPAA privacy compliance and private home workspace requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient telehealth therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clients.
• Document in the EHR and collaborate with care teams.
