Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and deliver outpatient services through our telehealth program. The role is 100% remote, conducted from your home, with a compensation package that includes base salary plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday, with multiple eastern time options. This role may offer additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish).

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance from a home workspace.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate care for patients across lifespan.
• Utilize telehealth software and internal tools to document sessions and progress.
