Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health services via a 100% remote telehealth program. The compensation includes a base salary plus potential to earn up to $100k, with a typical range of $74k-$81k, and an annual growth stipend.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and option for shift times in the EDT window. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree and licensure, have unrestricted US work authorization, and possess a private home workspace

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure in a mental health field.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• Private home workspace with HIPAA/privacy.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and records.
