Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists for 100% remote, 1099 contractor roles to deliver telehealth therapy with a strong clinical support structure. The program offers free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and built-in referrals to sustain a flexible private practice.

Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least two days, with opportunities to opt into Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
Minimum availability: 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
