Job summary

Hamilton Behavioral is seeking a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Counseling Compact privileges to deliver telehealth services. This 1099 independent contractor role offers complete autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the ability to serve clients across participating states.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and managing your own caseload. A HIPAA-compliant, private workspace and professional liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Counseling Compact license to practice in participating states.
• Telehealth or virtual counseling experience preferred.
• Active professional liability insurance required.
• Reliable high-speed internet, secure computer, and private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage your own caseload based on personal availability and capacity.
