Job summary

Hamilton Behavioral is seeking a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide high-quality telehealth services as a 1099 independent contractor. The role is fully remote with freedom to design your own schedule and caseload across participating states using Counseling Compact licensure.

You will conduct virtual therapy for individuals, couples, or families, perform intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC credential.
• Counseling Compact license required (privilege to practice in participating compact states).
• Prior telehealth experience preferred.
• Must carry active professional liability insurance.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a secure computer, and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage your own caseload based on your availability and capacity.
