Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group is recruiting Residents in Counseling in Virginia to grow toward LPC licensure. You will receive high-quality supervision at no cost, gain practical experience across service settings, and develop into a skilled provider ready to make an impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling with the goal of LPC licensure (LPC-track).
• Valid driver’s license and 1+ years of licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments with supervising LPC.
• Provide outpatient counseling to children, adolescents, and families.
• Deliver intensive in-home and community stabilization services, including crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Coordinate care with multiple systems of support and engage with community partners across Virginia.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals.
