Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Experience in clinical supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual supervision in accordance with Virginia Board of Social Work requirements.
• Bi-weekly 1-hour individual supervision per supervisee.
• Bi-weekly 1-hour group supervision (up to 6 supervisees).
• Support supervisee development in clinical skills, assessment, ethical practice, and professional development.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards for supervision.
