Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking Contractual LCSW Residency Supervisors to provide high-quality clinical supervision to Social Work Residents delivering home- and clinic-based therapy services. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for experienced LCSWs who are passionate about developing emerging clinicians.

Supervisors will supervise residents with 4–8 hours of services per week, and will work independently while receiving support from Compass leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LCSW license required.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Preferred: prior clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with Virginia Board of Social Work requirements.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1-hour individual supervision per supervisee.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1-hour group supervision (up to 6 supervisees).
• Support supervisee development in clinical skills, assessment, ethics, and professional development.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards for supervision.
