Job summary

Relationship Renewal Therapy seeks a Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team, serving clients with evidence-based mental health care. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling using CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active and unrestricted Texas LPC license essential.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience.
• Sound knowledge of legal and ethical practices in counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and diagnostics.
• Provide counseling interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations and ethics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Utilize EMR software for efficient documentation and client management.
