ADP, Inc. is seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) for a remote therapy role. You will provide evidence-based virtual counseling to individuals, couples, or families across state lines using Counseling Compact privileges.

You will conduct intake assessments, build treatment plans, document care, and manage your own caseload with flexible hours. A HIPAA-compliant home office, reliable internet, and malpractice insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC credential.
• Counseling Compact license to practice across participating states.
• Telehealth or virtual counseling experience preferred.
• Active professional liability malpractice insurance required.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a secure computer, and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
