Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients, facilitating individualized therapeutic journeys.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the various aspects of a client's mental health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and keep records compliant with legal standards and ethical guidelines to safeguard client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed on the latest research and best practices within the mental health field to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
