Inner Journey Wellness Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey, seeks a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position in an outpatient setting. You will support emotional well-being and personal empowerment for individuals and families in our community.

The role involves conducting assessments, delivering CBT/DBT and solution-focused therapies, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining compliant documentation, and pursuing ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish trust with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare software for managing client information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT/solution-focused) for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
