Renewed Hope Behavioral Health in Woodbridge, NJ seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote role. You will provide counseling to adults, children, and families, design treatment plans, conduct intake assessments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling required.
• Active LPC credential.
• Minimum of one year post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with documentation systems and standard software (RMS, Excel, Outlook, PIMSY).
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload and establish therapeutic rapport while upholding ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and plan for discharge when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including progress notes and treatment records.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine clinical needs and resources.
