Job summary

Renewed Harmony Counseling, PLLC is seeking a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in New Jersey. This full-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population, with emphasis on trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining thorough documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy).
• Utilize multiple modalities for individuals, couples, and group sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR systems.
• Stay updated through workshops and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings on case management and treatment planning.
