Renewed Harmony Counseling, PLLC is seeking a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in New Jersey. This full-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population, with emphasis on trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining thorough documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, effectively addressing clients' concerns.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to cater to individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a customized approach that resonates with clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated, holistic care to clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field by attending relevant workshops, webinars, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
