Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient therapy through our telehealth program. This remote role requires a master's degree and licensure, with English fluency and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Active, unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship is available.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via our telehealth program.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and professional boundaries in all telehealth sessions.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development.
