Job summary

Brave Health is seeking a full-time Associate Therapist to provide outpatient telehealth services for a diverse client population. The role is 100% remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts. You will work with adults and/or families, focusing on treatment planning and outcomes across Medicaid and other payors.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, licensure, and unrestricted work authorization in the United States. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and licensed clinician.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; no visa sponsorship now or in future.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy via telehealth to diverse clients.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve goals and measure outcomes.
