Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health services via a 100% remote telehealth program. The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Remote, weekdays, with a base salary range of $60k–$63k and an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred, with liability insurance provided.

• Master's degree in a clinical field and licensure to practice in the United States.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Work from home requires privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient therapy through Brave Health's telehealth program.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment and progress toward client goals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
