Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient services through our telehealth program from a remote home-based setting.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, liability insurance, and an annual growth and education stipend. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) receive additional compensation, with a Monday–Friday schedule and EST hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and active licensure.
• Unrestricted US work authorization (no sponsorship now or in future).
• Work from home requires private space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth to clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve goals and coordinate care across lifespans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and secure communication.
