1-800-Flowers.com is seeking a Program Manager to lead the loyalty program with cross-functional alignment across Product, CRM, Martech, and Analytics. You’ll monitor performance, support experimentation, and drive execution of loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating launches, managing the Celebrations Passport, and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting while communicating insights across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in marketing, CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, CRM, Analytics, or Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational planning, coordination, and execution for loyalty initiatives.
• Manage project timelines for program launches and updates.
• Manage Celebrations Passport program; drive engagement and incrementality.
• Coordinate testing of new loyalty offers, promotions, and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation of loyalty rules, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Support product feature releases and UAT testing.
• Maintain loyalty dashboards; monitor wallet usage and redemption trends.
• Provide reporting and insights on loyalty program and experiment performance.
