Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) seeks a seasoned Workers' Compensation Loss Control Representative to serve policyholders in a designated territory. You will perform on-site loss control surveys, assess hazards, and provide actionable safety recommendations to reduce injuries and losses.

Travel across the assigned territory is required; strong OSHA/risk management knowledge and collaboration with Underwriting and Claims are essential for effective risk selection and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Risk Management, Engineering, Safety Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of Workers Compensation loss control or related insurance experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 30 mandatory certification.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, ARM preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of workers' compensation policyholders within a territory.
• Conduct on-site loss control surveys, risk assessments and follow-up visits.
• Develop written reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Review loss history and claim data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Consult with employers to develop injury prevention programs and safety policies.
• Provide OSHA guidance and risk management strategies.
• Deliver safety training and presentations to policyholders.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and pricing for risk improvement.
• Maintain inspection documentation and communications.
• Stay current on safety regulations and industry trends.
