Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control Service Providers or Major Insurance Carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines, primarily Property and General Liability.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial inspections and complete insurance underwriting reports.
• Record onsite observations and take measurements according to requirements.
• Prepare and report inspection results, uploading photos and preparing diagrams.
