Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is seeking an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial insurance inspections across our coverage territory.

The role involves site visits, taking photos, observing operations, and documenting findings in underwriting reports. Responsibilities include recording onsite observations, identifying construction types, ensuring timely reports, coordinating with Field Manager, and traveling to insured locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or carriers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines: Property, GL, Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction types and ISO classes.
• Good writing, organization and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Record onsite observations, measurements and photos per carrier rules.
• Identify construction type, roof type, square footage and hazards.
• Complete assignments/reports by due dates.
• Coordinate with Field Manager to complete inspections cost-effectively.
• Schedule inspection meetings with insured onsite representatives.
• Prepare and report inspection results, upload photos and diagrams.
• Travel to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
