Job summary

Lifeforce Clinician in the United States offers a fully remote opportunity for MDs/DOs to deliver proactive longevity medicine from home. Work alongside Health Coaches to provide hormone optimization, weight management, cardiometabolic treatments, supplements, and lifestyle strategies using Lifeforce protocols.

You will lead a clinical Pod, supervise NP/PA clinicians, and collaborate with a multispecialty team while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified M.D. or D.O.
• Required experience and ability to provide NP/PA supervision
• Required ability and willingness to lead a clinical Pod
• Active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # to practice medicine in multiple states
• Priority DEA States: TN, IL, MI
• Priority License States: CA, CO, TX, FL, IL, MA, TN, WI, NC
• Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor role
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week consistently
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Thrives in a team environment with the ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide leading-edge diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations
• Provide HOT, weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate
• Develop a deep understanding of proprietary supplements and explain when to use them
• Balance efficiency with thoroughness to complete synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks
• Use evolving technology to deliver care and communicate with members and internally
• Leverage strong verbal and written communication to improve member outcomes
• Put member outcomes at the forefront while adhering to Lifeforce protocols
• Demonstrate genuine interest and empathy for members and meet them where they are
• Meet quality and productivity standards and review with your manager
• Provide supervision of NP/PA clinicians per state requirements
• Lead a clinical Pod as a core requirement
