Job summary

Cabaletta Bio is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the coordination, booking, tracking, and communication of all patient material shipments across the cell and gene therapy supply chain. Qualifications

• Experience in cell and gene therapy, biopharmaceutical, clinical trial, or healthcare logistics.
• Knowledge of chain of custody and chain of identity requirements.
• Familiarity with cryogenic and temperature-controlled transportation.
• Experience managing international shipments and customs documentation.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or logistics control tower operations.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination & Booking: Coordinate domestic and international transportation bookings for patient leukapheresis collections, starting materials, intermediates, and finished drug products.
• Shipment Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery using transportation management systems and courier tracking platforms.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary communication point for shipment status updates across internal and external stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with GDP, GMP, GxP, IATA, DOT, and applicable regulatory requirements.
