• Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates, dispatch and assign carriers to customers' shipments to support the company.
• Manage carrier portfolio, develop relationships, match lanes with freight, work with carriers.
• Continually source new carriers for portfolio and relationships.
• Proactively communicate shipment details to/from motor carriers and internal team.
• Work closely with senior management to help define strategic direction and objectives.
