Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates, dispatch and assign carriers to customers’ shipments.
• Manage carrier portfolio and develop strong relationships.
• Continually source new carriers for portfolio.
• Proactively communicate shipment details to carriers and internal team.
• Support strategic direction with senior management.
