Job summary

VLinc is seeking an Assistant Program Manager Logistics to drive logistics deliverables and equipment integration for DHS-related shipboard systems. You will lead logistics planning, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure government documentation standards are met.

The role involves collaboration with Customer, government stakeholders, and VLinc teams, with remote, full-time work and occasional travel to DHS or subcontractor facilities for coordination and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics analysis, subcontractor management, or government documentation development.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with government logistics systems and NSN assignment/lifecycle sustainment planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics plan development aligned to AO targets.
• Coordinate shipboard installation and equipment onboarding/offboarding.
• Source and manage subcontractors; monitor performance and pricing.
• Provide regular status updates and document risks and mitigations.
