Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or supply chain administration.
• Familiar with LTL freight terminology and shipping documentation.
• Outstanding written English for professional emails.
• Ability to work full-time in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, input, and manage daily POs into ERP and inventory systems.
• Verify pricing, quantities, specs, and terms against catalog rates.
• Prepare validated POs for internal sign-off and track approval timelines.
• Coordinate booking and tracking for LTL and domestic trucking carriers.
• Monitor shipment timelines and mitigate delays with 3PL partners and carriers.
• Track inbound ocean container status from Taiwan partners.
• Handle heavy email-based communications and provide status updates.
• Maintain daily communication with internal leads and offshore teams via Kakao and WhatsApp.
• Ensure accurate documentation across workflow stages.
