Role Description

The Operations Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities. This role includes managing shipment bookings, tracking and tracing cargo, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international movements. The Operations Representative will interface with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment status updates, and maintain high service standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with billing and basic financial checks, maintaining data integrity in operational systems, and supporting continuous process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across terminals and partner organizations to help deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant logistics services.
