Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Inventory Management: coordinate and track international shipments, monitor stock levels, and liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Vendor Cost Controlling: verify invoices, flag discrepancies, and assist with basic cost reporting.
• General Administration: organize documents, draft emails to suppliers, and maintain workflows; take ownership of tasks across time zones.
