JR Logistics is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners. You will manage the order book with accuracy, enter orders in Oracle, and coordinate with Finance and Warehouse to ensure timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or related fields, with ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), strong communication, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage new account setups and sales order entry in Oracle.
• Collaborate with finance for credits, memos, and returns.
• Ensure on-time order shipping and accurate status updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Maintain data integrity and monitor daily orders.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and improve processes.
