Cryoport Systems is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Contingent) to support the Logistics Management team within Cryoport's Customer Service department. The role focuses on monitoring live shipment exceptions, escalating issues to Logistics Managers, and handling order entry and approvals.

The candidate will work with Operations, Accounting, Management, and Sales, perform data entry, and be available for after-hours or weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of general logistics management and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exceptions of live shipments via Cryoport's web portal and email notifications.
• Escalate exceptions to Logistics Managers as needed.
• Handle order entry and order approvals.
• Interact with Operations, Accounting, Management and Sales.
• Perform data entry tasks and be willing to work after hours and weekends.
