Cryoport Systems is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Contingent) to join the Logistics Management team. The remote role supports the Customer Service department by monitoring shipment exceptions, escalating delays, and handling client and carrier communications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in general logistics management and customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook). Hours are 8 AM–5 PM PST, with potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor exceptions of live shipments and escalate delays to Logistics Managers.
• Answer and route client and carrier communications internally.
• Communicate with carriers and clients throughout shipment.
• Follow up with written and verbal communication.
• Manage inbound calls and redirect to appropriate parties.
• Onboard new client and perform order entry/approvals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Management, and Sales.
• Perform administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
