Responsibilities

• Monitor exceptions of shipments and alert Logistics Managers.
• Answer and route client and carrier communications.
• Coordinate with carriers and clients throughout shipment.
• Onboard new clients and perform order entry/approvals.
• Interact with Operations, Accounting, Sales and other teams.
