Cryoport Systems is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the remote-based Logistics Management team. You will monitor live shipments, escalate delays, and coordinate with carriers and clients to maintain timely deliveries for a US-wide base of customers.

This contingent role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and a readiness to handle after-hours support as needed. 2+ years in logistics and customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• 2+ years of general logistics management and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exceptions of shipments and alert Logistics Managers to delays or issues.
• Answer and route client and carrier communications internally.
• External communications to carriers and clients throughout shipment process.
• Onboard new clients and handle order entry and approvals.
