World Fuel Services seeks a Logistics Coordinator for our 3PL Operations team in Virginia Beach. You will work with carrier partners, cross-functional teams, and a network that supports North American customers.

This role offers exposure to logistics strategy, compliance, and performance analytics in a global energy logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities while improving operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Experience supporting logistics operations, carrier management, transportation coordination, billing, or related programs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of our Third-Party Carrier (3PC) network.
• Assist with operational requests, issue resolution, and transportation-related initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to support critical business objectives.
• Help coordinate logistics projects, process improvements, and operational programs.
• Maintain and administer key logistics databases and carrier information repositories.
• Review and audit transportation agreements, COIs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure carrier, terminal, and transportation records remain accurate.
• Monitor workflow progress and ensure timely approvals and requests.
• Track service performance and assist in developing reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data for KPI reporting.
