Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a remote lodge inside Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve. You will lead front desk, housekeeping leadership, courtesy transportation, and guided boat tours to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a remote setting.

Collaborate with department heads, train staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance with USCG and NPS standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or operations.
• Ability to lead multiple guest service departments in a remote lodge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations and guest check-in/out processes.
• Provide leadership to Housekeeping, Transportation, and Boat Tour operations.
• Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure safety, compliance with USCG, NPS, and company standards.
