Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Minimum two years in operations coordination, hospitality, or logistics.
• Experience in customer service or reservations support is required.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as primary guest contact and assist with travel arrangements.
• Coordinate flight manifests, occupancy spreadsheets, and key documents.
• Manage vehicle preparation, maintenance, and readiness.
• Oversee inventory and procurement of lodge supplies.
• Coordinate seasonal staff training and scheduling.
• Assist with interviews and hiring for operations season.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
