Job summary

Gold Metropolitan Media is seeking a detail-oriented Location Planner / Permit Manager in Los Angeles. The role focuses on planning banner locations, managing permit applications, coordinating installations, and driving projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate enjoys project coordination, mapping/data work, and handling multiple moving pieces with a proactive, process-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and manage location plans for light pole banner campaigns using spreadsheets and mapping tools.
Track selected banner locations through the database system.
Prepare and submit permit applications to municipalities across the region.
Monitor permit process and guide applications through to approval.
Coordinate and track permit fee payments.
Present location plans to clients and internal teams.
Provide installation instructions to the GMM installation team.
Compile installation and removal reports from field data.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
Support limited client communication and coordination.
