Job summary

Aquent in Austin, TX is seeking a Localization QA Specialist to join our on-site team Monday through Friday. You will focus on localization workflows, QA planning, and coordinating with internal staff and external vendors to ensure quality across languages.

You will create QA plans, support localization lab QA, identify and fix bugs, and help deliver high quality localized products in up to 40 languages on tight timelines with strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in localization or QA.
• Strong understanding of localization workflows and QA processes.
• Experience with content management databases and localization tools.
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create QA plans for localization efforts.
• Support QA efforts in the localization lab.
• Fix bugs identified during localization QA.
• Help deliver high quality localized products in up to 40 languages on tight timelines.
• Coordinate testing with vendor testers locally and internationally; communicate status to management.
