Job summary

NeoWork in the United States is seeking a Creative Artworker / Production Designer to adapt and prepare assets for 14 markets and 12 languages, focusing on localization and production execution rather than original concepts. You will refine layouts, typography, and copy placement across languages while preserving brand consistency.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma, and comfort handling non-English source material, are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative artworking, production design, localization, or multilingual asset adaptation.
• Strong attention to typography, spacing, readability and layout consistency.
• Experience adapting existing assets across multiple languages.
• Familiarity with digital asset export workflows and channel-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adapt master assets across language variants while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Adjust layouts, typography, and text placement for language-specific copy variations.
• Ensure readability and visual balance across localized versions.
• Prepare and export production-ready assets for email, social, and programmatic channels.
• Follow asset delivery specs, export workflows, and file organization standards.
• Review localized assets for formatting accuracy and production quality.
• Manage high-volume localization requests and meet deadlines.
