Job summary

Refokus is seeking a Creative Production Designer to translate creative direction into polished digital experiences across brand and web. You will own the production, finalize director-grade work, and scale the design language for consistency across all pages and assets.

You’ll work hands-on with graphics, motion, and photography, build style guides and components, and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate handoff and execution.

• Experience translating creative direction into consistent design systems and production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the design production stage across brand and web, bringing the creative vision to every part of the project.
• Clean up and finalize the work of the Creative Director, then scale the design language through pages, components, and assets.
• Create new layouts, sections, interactions, animations, and assets that fit the strategy and push the brand forward.
• Build styleguides, design systems, and components that keep everything tight and consistent.
• Work hands-on with graphics, animations, and photography to make the brand shine.
• Collaborate directly with developers handing off files, prepping assets, and ensuring correct implementation.
• Spot patterns, solve problems, and invent smart, beautiful solutions across touchpoints.
• Iterate quickly, adapt to feedback, and focus on details to deliver production-ready designs.
