Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience preferred.
• 3+ years in mortgage/loan servicing.
• 2+ years in quality data analysis, testing and reporting.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and servicing timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office with basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a thorough assessment of document provisioning/remediation plans and identify items needing clarification.
• Evaluate remediation plans to ensure compliance.
• Perform loan data analysis and communicate test results to servicing units.
• Conduct testing for findings and ensure timely resolution per timelines.
• Utilize SharePoint to track assignments and update status.
